Happy customers are a priority for us, and our Perks Program is designed to reward loyalty as well as encourage and thank our customers for referring their friends. When you hit certain point levels, you’ll graduate to our VIP and Elite perk levels, and enjoy even more bonuses.
what are the perks?
We offer a number of perks for all members, including free shipping, no styling fees, and $20 Perk Credits for every 2000 points accumulated. There are even more amazing perks when you earn VIP and Elite levels, like next-day box shipments and complimentary overnight shipping.
how do i earn points?
There are several ways to earn Perk Points: -Earn one point per $1 spent. -Get 50 Perk Points when you spend $500 or more on an order. -Get 100 Perk Points when you spend $1,000 or more on an order. -Get 200 Perk Points when you spend $2,000 or more on an order. -Refer a friend and earn $50 in Perk Credit when they make a purchase from their first box using your unique referral link. -Get $20 in Perk Credit towards your next purchase when you buy 5 or more items from your box order -Get $20 in Perk Credit towards your next purchase when you buy 5 or more items from your Style Session
how do i refer friends to front door fashion?
Send friends your unique referral link, which lives in your perks dashboard. Share it to earn $50 in Perk Credit when your referral makes a purchase from their first box, and your friend will receive $50 towards their purchase from their first box. To receive points, your friends must place their first order using your unique referral link and make a purchase from their first box. The $50 is only applied to your friend’s first box order.
what are the perks program levels, and how do i reach them?
There are three levels: Premium, VIP and Elite. Levels are determined by cumulative Perk Points earned per calendar year. You are already in the Premium level upon signup. The perks per level are identified in the chart above.
do i need to signup for the program?
No! You’re automatically enrolled in the Perks Program upon creating an account, so you can start earning points immediately. Upon signing up, you’ll be a member of the Premium level.
do my perks points ever expire?
Perk Points expire on January 1; however, your Perks Program level is extended six months into the next calendar year (June 30). The $20 Perk Credits do not expire. For more information, check out our terms and conditions.
does my perks credit ever expire?
Perk Credit earned through conversion of Perk Points and from referrals does not expire. Promotional Perk Credit may expire, and in these cases, expiration will be noted at the time it is awarded. For more information, check out our terms and conditions.
